Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted if item is significantly "Not as described" or defective.

Please contact us to discuss your options, if we agree to a return you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number and pay return postage costs. Preferably a trackable service to ensure we receive your return. Once your return is received we will inspect your item and process the refund immediately.

Ensure your returned items are unopened and unused and in original packaging.
